Ingredients

hulled and halved

Instructions
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut them in half.
Add the strawberries, cold water, sugar, and lime juice to a blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the strawberries are fully pureed.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired. This step is optional for a smoother drink.
Chill the agua fresca in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or strawberry slices before serving, if desired.
Notes
You can substitute honey or agave syrup for sugar if preferred. Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of the strawberries.
