powdered sugar

vanilla extract

whipped topping

strawberries
hulled and sliced

blueberries

granola

fresh mint leaves

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
In a large serving bowl, layer half of the sliced strawberries on the bottom.
Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries.
Add half of the blueberries on top of the cheesecake layer.
Repeat the layering with the remaining strawberries, cheesecake mixture, and blueberries.
Sprinkle granola on top of the final layer for added crunch.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
