Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a large rectangle or circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the cookie dough in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Arrange the blueberries in the upper left corner of the pizza to form a blue square.
Place the sliced strawberries in a row to create red stripes across the pizza.
Add the sliced bananas in between the strawberries to create white stripes.
Drizzle raspberry preserves over the blueberries for added flavor and decoration.
Slice the fruit pizza into squares and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use any combination of fruits for decoration.
