  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a large rectangle or circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake the cookie dough in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange the blueberries in the upper left corner of the pizza to form a blue square.
  • Place the sliced strawberries in a row to create red stripes across the pizza.
  • Add the sliced bananas in between the strawberries to create white stripes.
  • Drizzle raspberry preserves over the blueberries for added flavor and decoration.
  • Slice the fruit pizza into squares and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

You can use any combination of fruits for decoration.
