Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press the sugar cookie dough into a 12-inch round pizza pan to form the crust.
Bake the cookie crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and bananas on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
If using, spread the whipped topping over the fruit for added fluffiness.
Heat the fruit preserves in a small saucepan over low heat until melted, then brush over the fruit to create a shiny glaze.
Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
