Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 package strawberry Jello (6 oz)
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake the pretzel crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust, ensuring an even layer. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  • In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add the cold water and sliced strawberries to the Jello mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  • Pour the strawberry Jello mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
