Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine, making sure all the fruit is coated.
Add the chopped mint leaves and gently fold them into the salad.
Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using a mix of different berries or adding a splash of orange juice.
