red gelatin (strawberry or cherry)

blue gelatin (blue raspberry or berry blue)
3 ounces

unflavored gelatin
3 ounces

boiling water

cold water

whipped cream
fresh strawberries and blueberries
for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, dissolve the red gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water to the red gelatin mixture, then pour it into a clear glass dish or individual cups. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
In another bowl, dissolve the blue gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water to the blue gelatin mixture and let it cool for a few minutes.
Once the red layer is set, carefully pour the blue gelatin mixture over the red layer. Refrigerate again until set, about 2 hours.
Prepare the unflavored gelatin according to package instructions using 1 cup of boiling water and 1 cup of cold water. Let it cool slightly.
Once the blue layer is set, pour the unflavored gelatin mixture over the blue layer and refrigerate until fully set, about 2-4 hours.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Notes
For a more festive look, use star-shaped molds for the jello.
