Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into a large circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the cookie crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove and let it cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
In a separate bowl, toss the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and kiwi with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Arrange the mixed fruit on top of the cream cheese layer in a patriotic design, using strawberries and blueberries for the American flag effect.
Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
