watermelon
cubed and seedless

ice cubes

fresh lime juice

honey or sugar
optional, adjust to taste
Instructions
Place the cubed watermelon in a blender.
Add the ice cubes, fresh lime juice, and honey or sugar, if desired.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or sugar, if necessary, and blend again.
Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use chilled watermelon. Adjust sweetness based on the natural sweetness of the watermelon.
