Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until it is firm and slightly golden.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by black olives, diced green bell peppers, and sliced red onions.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the pizza is baking, prepare the Caesar salad. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of black pepper for garnish.
Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
Serve the chicken crust pizza alongside the Caesar salad for a delicious and satisfying dinner.
Notes
You can substitute the Caesar dressing with a yogurt-based dressing for a lighter option.
