Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until it is firm and slightly golden.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by black olives, diced green bell peppers, and sliced red onions.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • While the pizza is baking, prepare the Caesar salad. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of black pepper for garnish.
  • Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the chicken crust pizza alongside the Caesar salad for a delicious and satisfying dinner.

Notes

You can substitute the Caesar dressing with a yogurt-based dressing for a lighter option.
