Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning to the sauce, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the creamy garlic butter sauce to coat evenly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute sirloin steak with ribeye or tenderloin for a more luxurious dish.
