  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Spread the dough evenly onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet to form a cookie crust.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries in the shape of a flag on top of the cream cheese layer, using banana slices and kiwi to create stripes and stars.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
