These festive Oreo balls are a delicious treat perfect for any patriotic celebration. Coated in white chocolate and decorated with red, white, and blue, they are sure to impress!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup red candy melts
  • 1 cup blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles in red, white, and blue for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and smashing them with a rolling pin.
  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and the softened cream cheese, mixing until well combined and smooth.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper.
  • Melt the red and blue candy melts separately according to package instructions.
  • Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the white chocolate-coated Oreo balls using a fork or piping bag to create a patriotic design.
  • While the candy melts are still wet, sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles on top for decoration.
  • Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 15 minutes to set the coating before serving.

Notes
