Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a large round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the cookie crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely.
In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Arrange the blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries, and kiwi on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit to prevent browning and enhance flavor.
If desired, sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over the top for an extra festive touch.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Slice into wedges and serve chilled.
