Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, blueberries, diced watermelon, diced pineapple, and raspberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine, ensuring all the fruit is coated.
Add the chopped mint leaves and gently fold them into the salad.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
