Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Caesar dressing, mixing until the chicken is well coated.
Add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl, stirring gently to combine.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
Evenly distribute the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
If desired, sprinkle croutons over the filling for added texture.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for meal prep.
