refrigerated sugar cookie dough

cream cheese

powdered sugar

strawberries

blueberries

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
Press the dough circles into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup to form a crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove and let cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Once the cookie cups are cool, spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each cup.
In a separate bowl, toss the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with lemon juice.
Top each cream cheese-filled cup with a mixture of the fresh fruit.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for added freshness.
Notes
For added flavor, you can use a flavored cream cheese or add a bit of zest from the lemon.
