Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Split the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottoms on the prepared baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine halal turkey, roast beef, and chopped turkey pastrami.
In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red chili flakes (if using). Spread this sauce evenly onto the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Layer the shredded halal deli meats evenly over the sauce-covered buns.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the meat layer.
Cover with the top halves of the slider buns and lightly press down to secure.
Brush the tops of the slider buns with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning for added flavor.
Cover the sliders loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes to brown the tops slightly.
While the sliders are baking, prepare the grinder salad. In a bowl, combine shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers, olive oil, white vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once the sliders are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
Carefully lift the tops of the buns and spoon the grinder salad onto the melted cheese and meat layer. Replace the tops and serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute halal deli meats with regular deli meats if preferred. Adjust spice levels by omitting or increasing red chili flakes.
