Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the whole wheat pita bread on a baking sheet and lightly toast it in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until it is warm and slightly crispy.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the toasted pita bread.
Top with mixed berries, arranging them in a colorful pattern on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle sliced almonds or granola over the berries for added crunch.
If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor.
Slice the dessert pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
