whole wheat pizza crust

Greek yogurt

honey

sliced strawberries

blueberries

Instructions
Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
Roll out the whole wheat pizza crust on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions until golden brown.
While the crust is baking, in a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Once the crust is baked and cooled, spread the Greek yogurt mixture evenly over the top of the pizza crust.
Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana on top of the yogurt spread in a decorative pattern.
Sprinkle shredded coconut over the fruit if using, and garnish with mint leaves for a fresh touch.
Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled treat.
Notes
You can use any combination of fruits you like for this recipe.
