Healthy Fruit Pizza

A delicious and nutritious fruit pizza made with a whole wheat crust and topped with Greek yogurt and fresh fruits.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  • Roll out the whole wheat pizza crust on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions until golden brown.
  • While the crust is baking, in a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the crust is baked and cooled, spread the Greek yogurt mixture evenly over the top of the pizza crust.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana on top of the yogurt spread in a decorative pattern.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut over the fruit if using, and garnish with mint leaves for a fresh touch.
  • Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled treat.
