ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)

unsalted butter, softened

cloves garlic, minced

fresh parsley, chopped

fresh rosemary, chopped

tablespoon
fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the grill to high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, and thyme. Mix well and set aside.
Rub the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Top each steak with a generous dollop of garlic herb butter before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the garlic herb butter sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before using.
