Greek yogurt
plain or vanilla

mixed berries
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

tbsp
honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
In serving cups or bowls, layer the granola at the bottom, followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

You can customize the berries based on your preference or seasonal availability.
