Granola Berry Cups – Easy & Fresh Father’s Day Breakfast Idea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • In serving cups or bowls, layer the granola at the bottom, followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
