  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • If using a sugar cookie dough log, slice it into 1/4-inch rounds and place them on a greased pizza pan, or press the dough from the sugar cookie mix into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  • Bake the cookie crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and mandarin oranges on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
  • If using, brush the fruit glaze over the top of the fruit to give it a shiny finish.
  • Refrigerate the fruit pizza for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

You can use any combination of fruits you like for this recipe.
