Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bread (white or whole wheat)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • salt Pinch
  • Butter or non-stick cooking spray (for greasing)
  • Optional toppings maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Cut the bread slices into quarters and gently fold them into the egg mixture, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Using your fingers, press the bread pieces into the greased muffin tin, forming cups.
  • Pour any remaining egg mixture evenly over the bread cups in the muffin tin.
