  • Season the steak with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub evenly on both sides and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • While the steak rests, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice or dice the avocado and sprinkle with a pinch of chili flakes, if desired.
  • In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter or heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook sunny-side up or to your preferred style, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Plate the steak, eggs, and avocado together. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more chili flakes to the avocado or sprinkle them on the eggs. Use ghee instead of butter for a richer flavor.
