Ingredients
1
package
pre-made sugar cookie dough
8
oz
cream cheese
softened
1/4
cup
powdered sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Assorted fresh fruits
(such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mandarin oranges)
1/4
cup
fruit preserves or jelly
optional for glaze
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough and cut it into small circles using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
Place the cookie circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
While the cookies cool, in a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Once the cookies have cooled, spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each cookie.
Top each mini pizza with a variety of fresh fruits, arranging them artistically.
If desired, warm the fruit preserves or jelly in the microwave for a few seconds and drizzle it over the fruit to create a glaze.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time before serving.
Notes
You can use any combination of fresh fruits you like for topping.
