Instructions
Wash and peel the cucumbers, then thinly slice them into rounds.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, chopped dill, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can add sliced radishes or chopped celery.
