  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for about 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, if desired.
  • Place half of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form the wrap.
  • Slice each wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute grilled chicken for cooked chicken breast or use a low-fat Caesar dressing for a lighter option.
