romaine lettuce

Instructions
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for about 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Mix until evenly coated.
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, if desired.
Place half of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form the wrap.
Slice each wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute grilled chicken for cooked chicken breast or use a low-fat Caesar dressing for a lighter option.
