Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cadbury mini eggs
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • salt Pinch

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
  • Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped Cadbury mini eggs, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  • Once chilled, store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
