vanilla protein powder

almond butter
(or peanut butter)
1/4

honey
or maple syrup
1/2

chopped Cadbury mini eggs
1/4

dark chocolate chips

vanilla extract

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the chopped Cadbury mini eggs, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
Once chilled, store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
