Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F or 175°C).
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
  • Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted mixture and stir until combined.
  • Whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Grease a grill-safe pan or skillet with vegetable oil and pour the brownie batter into it, spreading it evenly.
  • Place the pan on the preheated grill and close the lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally, until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey. Avoid overcooking to retain a fudgy texture.
  • Carefully remove the pan from the grill and let the brownies cool for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the brownies into bite-sized pieces and serve warm. Optionally, top with powdered sugar, chocolate syrup, or fresh fruit.

Notes

For best results, use a grill-safe pan and monitor the cooking time closely to avoid overcooking.
