Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a few moments until it starts to set.
Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, cooking until they are softly scrambled to your liking.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
Arrange the toasted bread on a plate, and top with sliced avocado and the scrambled eggs.
