Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • 2 slices bread (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish
  • Coffee or tea for serving
  • Fresh orange juice for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a few moments until it starts to set.
  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, cooking until they are softly scrambled to your liking.
  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  • Arrange the toasted bread on a plate, and top with sliced avocado and the scrambled eggs.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes on the side, and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve with a hot cup of coffee or tea and a glass of fresh orange juice.
  • Carefully tray everything up and bring it to your guest in bed for a delightful breakfast experience.
