Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and blueberries, stirring to evenly distribute.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and blueberries, gently stirring to ensure all the oats are moistened.
Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bake is set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
You can substitute honey for maple syrup if desired. Serve with yogurt or additional fresh fruit for a complete breakfast.
