  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and blueberries, stirring to evenly distribute.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and blueberries, gently stirring to ensure all the oats are moistened.
  • Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bake is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

You can substitute honey for maple syrup if desired. Serve with yogurt or additional fresh fruit for a complete breakfast.
