Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended and the mixture is smooth.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then place them back on the parchment paper.
Melt the red and blue candy melts separately in microwave-safe bowls in the same manner as the white chocolate.
Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the white chocolate-coated Oreo balls using a fork or piping bag.
Sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles on top of the Oreo balls for decoration.
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for a few minutes to speed up the process.
Notes
For a fun twist, try using different colored candy melts for other holidays.
