Description

These chocolate covered graham crackers are quick and easy to make. Perfect for snacks, holidays, or gifting, they’re fun to customize with sprinkles, nuts, or drizzles. Kids and adults alike will love this delicious treat!


Ingredients

  • 9 graham crackers (1 sleeve)
  • 1215 oz melting chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, crushed candy canes


Instructions

  • Break each graham cracker in half to create smaller pieces.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip each graham cracker piece into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to coat evenly and shake off excess chocolate.
  • Place the coated graham crackers on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles, nuts, or other toppings.
  • Let the chocolate harden at room temperature for about 30 minutes. For quicker results, place the tray in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
